Sharlene J. Barns, TPLI, TCI is the Founder/Owner of Barns & Associates Investigations.

James L. Barns, TPLI, TCI is the Founder/Manager and Director of Operations for Barns & Associates Investigations.

Sharlene and James personally run the company regarding all of the day-to-day operations.

Barns & Associates Investigations is a “Full Service” Investigations Company, Personal Protective Services Company and Civil Process Services Company.

Sharlene and James are recognized Texas Certified Investigators ("TCI"). They are only two of less than three dozen holding this nationally and internationally recognized designation among in excess of 4,000 licensed investigators in the State of Texas.
